managed, the Patina is nevertheless slightly off the main drag
and caters more to resident expats and Chinese than to the laptop

Patina is a friendly bar that has been around for a while. It
maintains a
strong following of regulars, lured by reasonable prices, friendly
staff and a pool table as well.
