Ingredients:
- 1
packet cream cheese(375gm)
- 2
tablespoons (tbsp)
- Red
Wine vinegar ("white" will do but the taste is
not so good)
- 2
tbsp olive oil
- 1
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1
teaspoon (tsp) dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
- 200gm
Italian-style salami (about 2") cut into thin slices
and de-rinded
- 2
tbsp mayonnaise
- 1
tbsp tomato paste or tomato ketchup
Method:
1.
Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl or electric
blender and mix until smooth.
2.
Transfer to serving bowl and chill in refrigerator until ready
to serve.
Comment:
More great party food; serve with savoury biscuits or with
celery and/or carrot sticks.
