Method:
1.
Place onion or celery in the mixing bowl of a food processor
and chop finely
2.
Add the blue cheese, sour cream Vermouth and oil and mix together
until blended (about 20 seconds)
3.
Add pepper to taste and blend again for 5 seconds.
Comment:
Makes a delicious salad dressing but make sure you store in
the refrigerator.
